Hi all,
i need a support to load values for Dynamic filed using a SqlQuery.
Could you help me?

I use Otrs 4.x version.

Hi,

you use the OTRS Business Solution™ ? Then use the dynamic field type database.

no i'm using a free version.

So, Do i need to implement a new datatype? Or exsist an add-on for free version.

I'm using the add on but it seems that is not possible to write a query and Keep the result, but it is possible only to write a table and the related cols to display.
Is there an add on to keep in a dynamic field the values returned by a query?

...the DF from this addon stores "some" key of the delete DB entry. Just pick the row you want to store (key-field option).

PS: There will soon be a version for 4.0 for download.
