Stell eine Anfrage an den Hoster. Aber ich denke es wird nicht so einfach sein, da auch Apache Module benötigt werden und Du keinen root Zugriff hast. Ein root Server bringt Dich weiter oder am besten gleich ein gemanaged OTRS
