We manage condos, and each condo has a queue for their tickets. Condo owners would like to see the progress being made on their property's tickets, so we would like all of these "customers" to be able to see the entire queue RO. They would be able to interact as customers with their own tickets, but also see other tickets in the queue.
I don't know if a Customer Group is the right angle for this, or if customers should be added as Agents and managed that way... I'm still finding the permissions system a bit daunting.
Is what we want to do even possible?

UPDATE: I've figured out how to get this working using Customer Groups, and setting the CustomerID field for each Customer User.
