Roadmap?

I have been hunting hi & lo for an OTRS roadmap, specially as to the ITSM features. I did find a feature request forum, but could not use it as it is not clear there what are the major features under consideration for which future releases. Also, some similar requests for a roadmap were answered with URIs to pages long dead.

So, is there an OTRS or even OTRS::ITSM roadmap hidden somewhere I could not find, or even an statement of direction from the project maintainers?

I see. It is sad in a way, but if it helps pay the bills of the developers, and still keep the code free… thank you.

I hope somewhen they will at least see fit to have something like the wonderful PostgreSQL to-do list.
