How to send a mail in Process Management

Dear everyone,

I'm trying to implement a few process in Process Management, and would like to know if it's maybe possible to send a mail within a transition action. For example, I would have a form that is filled with a few informations, and this form need to be sent to a certain person. Is it possible to do that or not ?
