What do you use for reporting?

Hi,

I'm in the research process for setting up OTRS reporting directly from MySQL. Will probably end up with some custom php and JavaScript and cron, but interested in knowing from others. Any suggestions for something lightweight and flexible? (And open-source).

A mix of search templates, statistics module (including some static stats), en SAP BW depending on what type of report people ask for.

I think most people who don't already use something like SAP BW turn to Jasper Reports.
