Process Management - Explanation field

Dear everyone,

I'm imlementing processes and would like to know, if at the beginning of the process, we can have a field which is uneditable and would be an explanation of which data he has to entered ?

For example, I have the field Title, Author, and Price, and before these 3 fields, I would ike to have a sentence that say Please fill in the data of the wanted book. I don't want it to put is as comment, because I might use it more than once in one activity.

Can anyone help me with that ?
