Hi, I want to manage several departments in a single OTRS installation. I have separated queues to each agent on every department.
I would like to make a diferent customer portal for each deparment. For instance:
IT Tickets (customerIT.pl):
-->Printer Error Queue
-->ERP Error Queue
Administrative Tickets (customerAdmon.pl):
-->Sales Invoice Error
-->Purchase Invoice Error
¿It is posible to make these?

no, but ... that certainly will be interesting to manage. Does random customer need to remember which of the multiple websites he has to be logged into in order to get the item fixed? Can he not choose a queue and service combo that's managed by ACL ... from a single login site?

My customer's login through LDAP and i'm thinking in use this single login.
If i use a single portal, the customer may fail when choose a queue in the combo.
For the customers there are 2 shortcuts to the portals, one for the IT Department, one for the Administrative Department.
Perhaps it's better a single portal as you say with all queues in the combo.
