Hi,
As the title says really. I am trying to create a change from template and no matter what template I choose I get the error below:
The problem is that I have looked in /var/log/messages and httpd_error and in the admin>system log and I dont see any more information.
Could someone please point me in the right direction of where to look for more information?
I know these did work maybe 6 months ago but I have updated both Kix and OTRS since then so im not sure if one of the updates has caused this.
Any help would be appreciated.
Brendan

Re: Errors creating change from template
I have had a similar issue. Check if your Change template doesn't contain anything that no longer exists, like a state, category, dynamic field, a dynamic field value , etc.
The only way I found to check this was directly in the database. I think we got some errors in the httpd log though, it seems very strange you don't get anything.

Hi EXG133,
Thanks for the reply. I was just doing some more testing and thought id try it on our text box with the latest Kix version on we are rolling out this weekend. Lo and behold it worked. The issue was related to a bug in Kix to do with the date format... *sigh*.
Thanks for the help though!
