Hi,

I am seeing this error in our System logs

The given param 'QueueIDs' is invalid or an empty array reference!

Could you someone help me out.

This error occurs when an agent did not select anything in their 'MyQueues'. Or at least that was the cause when I saw lots of these messages in my log.

Ok i got it. Is there any way of avoiding this getting into the error log?

Hey,

I got this error too but manage to solve it.

What you need to do is that the agtn doesn't have any queues in "My Queues selected". You must go in the agent profile, (or the agent have to do it itself), go to Preferences, and then select one or more queues in My Queues.
