Hello,
So I was just wondering if there was a way to stop the clock on a tickets solution time?
For example a support call comes in
Person A logs the ticket.
Person A then has 24 hours to complete the ticket.
But after 4 hours, they make a change and wait for the customers reply.
At the moment the solution time is still ticking even though there is no work going on, and they are waiting for a customer to get back to them.
It would be handy to 'Stop the clock' at this time so that you could better manage how much time was taken on a ticket.
Is this possible and I'm just missing it?

It's not possible with core OTRS, you'll need an add-on (either free or commercial).
