Hello Everyone!!
I have running OTRS 4+ with 64 bit centos 6.6 version, and Redmine 3.0.1 with 64 bit centos 6.6..
But now we are looking for integrate the OTRS ticket in redmine server or vice versa.
We referred https://github.com/Mattes1000/otrs-redmine links but no luck if any one has any idea could you please suggest the steps or solution to complete this activity.

This is something that I'll be spending some time with in the near future, did some preliminary research but I'm still not sure how I'll do it, either via API or via email (probably API). Some links I collected about this:

As usual, any "recipe" will probably require changes and adaptations to your own use cases and version of the applications. If the use case described in https://github.com/Mattes1000/otrs-redmine matches your needs, it probably just needs some adjustment work to fit your scenario (at the very least, it would need to be adapted for OTRS4, and I think all it does is create Redmine issue from OTRS, no further integration involved). For example, in my case I'd also need OTRS to receive updates from Redmine and react to status changes on Redmine also, so Redmine would need to do something extra to make that happen too (maybe doable via email and custom OTRS Postmaster filters, but just thinking out loud here).
