Hi,

When i close ticket and get an follow up via email, the ticket unlocks.
what is the best method to make them locked again ? create a postmaster filter?

More to the point, the ticket unlocks when you close the ticket. The followup (Queue setting) determines the state after close followup.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
