how flexible is the web services?

hi,
i am wondering what features there are in the web services of OTRS 4, and for this i have some questions.

is it possible to send multiple CI's over web service to OTRS? like an array of CI's?

is it possible to split the Array of CI's to multiple CI definitions, based on an attribute in the CI?

is it possible to create a CI on the response from another web service? (invoked by otrs)
