Link Ticket Type and SLA

Hi Everyone,

Is it possible to link the ticket type to SLA.
So if type is "call", SLA will be selected as High/Low/Med.

No. The "SLA" is linked to the customer's service or to the queue.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
