Agent Notification / Agenten Benachrichtigung

weiß jemand wie ich es am besten bewerkstelligen kann dass der Responsible keine Benachrichtigung bei abgelaufenem PendingReminder bekommt!?

Es reicht, in meinem Fall, aus wenn hier nur der Owner benachrichtigt wird, bin um jede Hilfe dankbar!

Setze Ticket::PendingNotificationNotToResponsible gleich Ja unter Ticket -> Core::Ticket. Die Beschreibung der Einstellung lautet.
Disables sending reminder notifications to the responsible agent of a ticket (Ticket::Responsible needs to be activated).
OTRS 3.3.x (private/testing) on Windows Server 2008 with MSSQL database.
OTRS 3.3.x (private/testing) on CentOS with MySQL database and apache
