Admin area is not showing

Sorry for bringing up the old Post.
I have the same probleme here.
Using OTRS 3.3.13.
I unchecked all in the admin area.
No User even root have admin rights at the moment.
Both SQL scripts diden't work herer.
I used PHPmyAdmin to run the scripts.

Can some one help me here?
