create new kind of interna-note [solved]

I have added a new note type "note-handover"

using the insert:

INSERT INTO (name, valid_id, create_by, create_time, change_by, change_time) VALUES ('note-handover', 1, 1, sysdate, 1, sysdate);

and it is ok but is like an external note, because customers can see the note.

how to make it as internal?

internal note is not useful for this case
