Hi,
In the OTRS Data Schema in the Table "article" OTRS save upon other information the two following Information:
change_time
change_by
Could someone explain me why OTRS need this information?
Is it generally possible to change an article after it was created? When yes, than how is it possible?

I would suspect (but I don't know for sure) that could be used for dynamic fields which are of type article - and not ticket. In that case you could "change" attributes of the article.
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS
