How to hide customer tickets from an agent

Hi everybody,

Let explain my problem first, for make it easy to comprehend. We need to put one of our employees on one of our client for take care of our services 'in loco'.

This guy will be a new employee and don't have to see any other clients tickets, just the tickets that he will open yourself and the tickets from this client. He have to manage that tickets, adding notes, closing, reopening and things like that.

Another important thing, the tickets from this client cannot be on a single queue, because here we have three different process and this ticket will running from a queue to another.

Someone know how can I hide all tickets, except from this client, to this single agent? I tryed with ACL, but cannot find a way to do it.
