Hello
My OTRS is not closing tickets after I set them on Pending auto close. When the time comes its only starts to count backwords. For example Pending till: -45m
In ticket core I have set:
Ticket::StateAfterPending Key: pending auto close+ Content: closed successful.
Is there anything else I should change so they start closing?

Check if the crontab of the OTRS user has been created and contains an entry for bin/otrs.PendingJobs.pl
