Role read only on group

Role read only on group

Hi,

I have a role "commercial" with agents and i want that this role has just access to read only on a group.

I check RO in Role<->Groupe concerning role "commercial" attach with the group.

But the agent can't see the ticket in his dashboard, i have to check RW for the agent see files on the group. :(

Do you have any idea because i don't want role "commercial" answer tickets in this group just see tickets.

For the Queue View you can set Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketQueue###ViewAllPossibleTickets in the SysConfig, for the Dashboard you have to adjust the permission via SysConfig (add ro)
