I have a role "commercial" with agents and i want that this role has just access to read only on a group.
I check RO in Role<->Groupe concerning role "commercial" attach with the group.
But the agent can't see the ticket in his dashboard, i have to check RW for the agent see files on the group.

Do you have any idea because i don't want role "commercial" answer tickets in this group just see tickets.
