Email tickets not shown in customer portal

I have created ticket by sending email to my OTRS and the ticket was created with automated email to my but issue is has my email id is already registered and listed in the customer database as well i have added usergroup to CustomerGroupAlwaysGroups but i cannot see the ticket opened in my customer portal why?

Because your email from address doesn't match your customer login account. Also please attempt to use punctuation in your requests. Write a sentence. End in a period. Take a breath. Write some more. It helps readers parse your request better.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
