Hi,
I have closed successfully a ticket but on the next day it shows up as locked in my queue.
Have look through ticket history and found out that Admin OTRS has locked the ticket at 12.02 am as attached
how do i disable that? thanks in advance

OTRS by default shouldn't do that. Check your generic agent.

U got that right..thank you for pointing that out it was generic agent i accidently select the time execute.
