Everything was working perfectly before i went on vacation. When I came back Agents couldn't create ticketsbut its weird because customers can create tickets on thier end. As an Agent, I tried it for myself and filled out an email ticket and clicked "Send Mail" ... it looks like its processing to create the ticket and then just reloads the page without errors. i looked and made sure to see if it maybe created the ticket and nothing. I checked the Otrs.log and nothing was logged. Can someone guide me to see maybe how I can debug or what other log file i can look into.

Resolution:
I had added 2 dynamic fields to the Customer ticket DTL and didn't add them to the AgentTicketEmail.dtl which is where the problem lied. After I added them, the tickets began to be created. Thank you all for your attention.
