OTRS v.4 Appliance, Halts on boot.

Hello All,

I had to do some work in the NOC today. So I powered down all of my VMs, powered down my ESX hosts. Did my work and then brought things back up.
I didn't make any system or network changes, just swapping some APC, power backups.

Anywho, now my OTRS vAppliance won't boot up. See attached.

I realize that this is more of an OS issue and not OTRS but since it is the virtual appliance I downloaded from link on the OTRS page I was hoping someone here might point me in the right direction, maybe someone else had a similar issue.
This v-appliance has become hevily leveraged so it will be bad news if I can't get it running again. I am not sure yet if it was added to back up schedule.
