Appreciate if you can help me to setup on change of state after pending. All the setting done but the state remain the same after Pending expired.
State Management:
Closed successful and Closed unsuccessful have been created.
Edit Config Settings in Ticket -> Core::Ticket
Ticket::StateAfterPending
Key Content
pending auto close+ closed successful
pending auto close- closed unsuccessful

Is crond enabled and running? If yes, do you have an entry with otrs.PendingJobs.pl?
