Custom split option in AgentTicketZoom

Currently when we receive an alarm from Nagios in OTRS, it creates an incident for us. And if we want to create a problem ticket, we use the split option to create a new ticket which is linked. Several in my group wonders if it's possible to create at link that says "Create problem ticket" in AgentTicketZoom? But only when it's anincident. Either on the ticket options or article options. When the link is clicked, you open AgentTicketPhone and the type is automatically set to "Problem".

I've been looking at the source files, but i'm not sure where to start. It seems I have to edit AgentTicketZoom.pm and add som perl-code. Has anyone tried this? And does anyone know if AgentTicketPhone "take" TypeID as an URL argument? For instance if I write Action=AgentTicketPhone&Type=Problem, the Type will automatically set to Problem?

Hopefully someone can help me with this.
