OTRS wants to save customer.pl locally on submit

Hi all, I searched very long resolving this problem, reinstalled the system and so on... but the problem remains..

After looking in /var/log/syslog i saw an error referring the "Multi SMTP" we additional installed in past.

So take a look at package manager and check your modules, in our case there appeared some messages about problems with some parts of this module!
