Implement The Knowledge Base in OTRS

Hello,

Can you please help me how i can implement the knowledge base article in OTRS. Some where i saw the FAQ tab in Home page, which i am not able to see in my Home page. The mail goal is implement the knowledge article in OTRS.

Did you install the FAQ package? http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/packages/

No i have didn't install the FAQ package. Can you please let me know which FAQ.opm file will be support in my OTRS. My OTRS product ID is OTRS ITSM 3.3.14. Which file i need to download (File Manager and FAQ Version) and install via Admin console of OTRS.

Your help will highly appreciated.

http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/packages/FAQ-2.3.3.opm is for OTRS 3.3.x

I find the notepad of 2.3.3 omp file. I didnt get the setup file or exe file for the Knowledge Base.

Could you please help me here.

OTRS packages are delivered as OPM files. This is an XML file. You can upload the OPM file in the PackageManager: http://otrs.github.io/doc/manual/admin/ ... ge-manager
