OTRS problem with Fetching Email Address ??

Hello Gents ,

Greetings

I want to fetch my email account to OTRS system ( my email hosted by outlook.office365.com )

i added the following Parameters ;

Type : IMAPS
username : my email
Password : my email password
host :outlook.office365.com
IMAP Folder : INBOX
Trusted : yes

but when i fetching the email i see the following error ( Error Message: IMAPS: Can't connect to outlook.office365.com )

i think the problem with DNS ? note i didn't define any DNS configuration to OTRS ?

if the issue from DNS , please tell how to define google DNS as DNS server to my OTRS system

Please help me what to do to fix this issue ?

POP/IMAP settings.
Also, check for DNS, firewall blocking, that it's even set up to allow IMAP in your account.
