Help with the CustomerUser module under Export/Import

Hello Everybody,

I’m using OTRS 3.3.10 and the module CustomerUser under Export/Import in the admin area in order to Import the customer CSV file in to the OTRS customer database. The problem starts when I try to import 2 customers with the same department name (or other same descriptions) and only the 1st one get imported.

I would like to know:

1.How can I import all the customers from the CSV file even if some of the fields have the same content? Actually I would like to Import all the information from the CSV file as it is, I have already organized the columns for the correct mapping.
2.How can I import customers from the CSV although the valid field is “0”?
