General Catalog Management - Catalog Class

Hi,

In OTRS vOTRS 3.3.1, I'm unable to create more than 7 catalogs. The path I'm taking is as follows:
Admin > General Catalog > ITSM::CONFIGITEM::CLASS

When I select CMDB > New, the class which exists in the above path, is not listed. Is there a limitation to how many classes I can create? If not, if not, how do I make the class visible when I enter the menu path CMDB > New

Did you also create a valid definition for your new classes?

Valid means, atleast opening and closing square brackets (as name, depl-state and inci-state are created automatically).

I copied and pasted a script into the code area that started with [ and ended with ];

Have you set that class to valid?
Have you set a permission group?
Does your current user have permissions to that group?

Yes. Checked.

Have you set a permission group?
Yes.

Does your current user have permissions to that group?
Yes. Just re-checked

I'm not sure what happened - the class item is now viewable.

Weird. Not sure what fixed it. I'll test further.
