Hi,
I was experimenting some use cases and I discovered that if the Sendmail SMTP email address is the same address which download emails for your queue then the agent can reply to client by just replying to the notification email.
However, if both doesn't match then replying the notification email adds in into OTRS but doesn't shoot back an email to the client.
Any clue how to make it work in later situation too?
