Custom ticket menu action. best way?

Hello,

I want to add an action to the ticket menu, something like "Pending Customer", which just adds a fixed note and sets the state as "pending customer". No popup, just one click and it's done.

What would be the best way to achieve this?

You could use http://opar.perl-services.de/dist/QuickClose You have to enable the new state in sysconfig for QuickClose...
