Hi there,
I'm using OTRS 5 and I would like to have the Customer Name in the agent ticket/status in every view.
At the moment it is only possible in the small view, but I need it in medium and large (preview) as well.
I tried to look in Kernel/Output/HTML/TicketOverview/Preview.pm and Kernel/Output/HTML/TicketOverview/Medium.pm, but I can't solve this by myself.
Hope someone could help to figure this out

You may have to add appropriate entries in

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
