The OTRS server was abnormally shutdown due to a power outage. Since then the IT team was able to restore the networking error; however the OTRS server is now giving me the following error:

Does Apache and DB start correctly? Can you verify the listening ports or test it via logging in to the db ?
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS
