Filtering SLAs using ACL

Hello,

We have problem with filtering SLAs for customer users that we don't have in database. It applies for email tickets and phone tickets.


We have created an email filter to set customer_id to COMPANY for people with domain @company.com.
We have created ACLs to filter speciefied SLA for that customer_id. It works for customer_user in database but won't work for customer users that we don't have in database - all SLAs are shown in the list.

This bug also occurs in NewPhoneTicket menu. Agent add non existing customer_user_id to ticket form (someuser@company.com) and add COMPANY as customer_id, set queue, service and....ACLs doasen't work - all SLAs are shown.

It is posibble to fix it?

If it's a bug file it. And yes, bugs can be fixed.

I have filled out a bug report to xxx but they dont do anything...

If there is another possibility, to remove this issue?
