Bulk Action or Generic Agent will help
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

no, only Generic Agent needs configuration

OK I have to configure the window when i choose bulk action ( I can change the state of the ticket to closed ) .
