I'm currently running OTRS 4.0.12 and I'm trying to export tickets with a given criteria, I don't know if it is possible , what I need to add to the exported file are the columns of the linked CI to the Ticket, for example, if a Ticket has a linked computer I would like to add the column of the model of the equipment and some other fields, is it possible to do this? I wasn't able to find any answer to this. Thanks.
