automatic customer add

Hi,
i'm deploying a OTRS 5.0.5 installation for a customer support where the customers are people outside the organization.
I would like to add, if not exists, a customer on any new sender (using John Doe <john.doe@company.com> , john.doe@company.com. should be Customerid and John Doe as Customer).

Any ideas how to achieve that?
