I created a Survey that I would like to send only to the agents, I cant see who will receive the surveys email.
how can I control who will receive the surveys?

The sending of survey is implicit based on three parameters:
- The configured queue
- The configured delay between two surveys
- The configured maximum of surveys in 30 days

You can also blacklist certain address such that they never receive surveys. If you want to "control" the surveys, I would recommend creating a dedicated queue, creating tickets for each agent and then closing them all. Note that the agent-emails have to be entered as customer.

Ok, but if i create a group with all the agent, connect group to queue and choose that queue. Does the members of that group receive the surway or all customers allso in the system?
