(solved) Hide tickets in customer overview (by state-name?)

I would like to hide tickets in the customer overview, if they have specific state-name or state-type.
Is it possible to add a filter to the template for example?

Those tickets i want to remove have the state-type "closed" and a specific state-name.

I solved this by creating a new queue, to which the user has no rights.
By moving the ticket to this queue, i can hide it.
