I've got OTRS 5.0.5.
When I just installed, the Statistics Dashboard was there.
I'm not quite sure how but it is not showing anymore, and I haven't make any changes.
My dashboard looks like this
Any clue how can I re-activate it?

Do you have permissions to view the statistics? Check the group settings...

I was the only agent with all permissions granted in all groups.
Now, Ive granted all permissions (for stats group) to all other users, but no one can see this dashboard.

Check the sysconfig if the frontend modules are activated. Check the webserver log if any messages are shown...

Fixed.
It looks like something was wrong when creating roles and groups.
Altough I had all privileges in all groups, just when I was without any role, it workd.

I am having the same problem, check the permissions and all released, it happened after I updated to version 4.0.14 the OTRS.
