Hi everyone!
When a new ticket is received, a response is sent to the client, for confirmation and then the owner of the OTRS becomes "OTRS Admin" and a ticket that was not going to open the category "New tickets" but to "open and Tickets that need to be answered". How can I make the new tickets open tickets and who had the auto response like "new ticket"?
