Manage how often pending reminder notifications are sent

Hey all,

Post title says it all

Is there a way by configuration to manage how often pending reminder notifications are sent to agents?

Searched in the configs and docs with no success.

It seems to be a cronjob that runs every 120 minutes looking for pending stuff to do (closing tickets, notifications)
