Iframe Issue

Hi guys,

I am importing OTRS in to an iframe and this is mostly working fine as I have set document.domain in the HTML header files to the subdomain instead of the full domain. The problem I have is when you go in to a ticket it creates an internal iframe for each message and these are throwing errors as their document.domain has not been set. Can anyone give me advice on how to add a piece of code between the <head> tags of these message iframes. Any help would be much appreciated as I have been going round in circles for hours.
