Hi experts,
in our OTRS implementation, we are serving a customer that has multiple configuration item, witch are translated to services (such as billing application, CRM application, backend application, etc)
Currently they are organized in a way that not all the customer users shall be able to view all the company tickets, meaning, for example (3 users, 3 applications)
User - Applications / service
A - X, Y, Z
B - Y
C - X, Z
We have already associated Customer Users <-> Services (to control ticket creation)
On company tickets, everyone is able to view all the tickets. Is there a way to control visibility of tickets, only to the services the user has access?
