Hallo liebe Otterhub-Community,

und zwar habe ich seit heute Mittag mit einem neuen Problem zu kämpfen.
Und zwar bekomme ich oft nun diese Meldung hier:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /otrs/index.pl on this server.

Die Meldung tritt zum Beispiel auf wenn ich im Admin-Bereich in die Paket-Verwaltung gehe und dort auf "Verzeichnis aktualisieren" klicke.
Die Meldung erscheint auch wenn ich mich von OTRS abmelden möchte.
Oder aber wenn ich in einem Ticket eine Mail schreiben möchte und diese absenden will.
Heißt also es ist kein Mailversand mehr möglich da direkt diese Meldung erscheint.

Das Gleiche steht auch in der Datei: /etc/httpd/conf.d/zzz_otrs.conf.


Das Problem bestand gestern noch nicht, doch heute habe ich damit zu kämpfen.

Kann mir irgendjemand vielleicht helfen?
Betriebssystem ist CentOS 6.7.

Jetzt hat OTRS meine Festplatte komplett vollgeschrieben und bringt beim Aufrufen der Hauptseite den folgenden Fehler:

Also alle Probleme sind behoben, nur die eine Problematik mit dem Forbidden kommt noch.

Ich poste mal meine httpd.conf. Irgendwo dort muss der Fehler liegen. Berechtigungen sollten stimmen

Zur Info. Das Ticketsystem ist über das Internet erreichbar. Wenn ich mich in dem Netz befinde, in welchem auch das OTRS arbeitet habe ich keine Probleme. Wenn ich nun aber nicht in dem selben Netzwerk bin, bekomme ich beim Schreiben einer Antwort aus dem Ticket eine Forbidden Meldung.
Genauso wie beim Abmelden. Das Problem tritt also an mehreren Stellen auf aber immer der identische Forbidden-Fehler.
