auto close ticket

I don't find the option to configure the time to closed automaticaly a ticket with the state "pending auto close +/-" ?

Wherever you set the state "pending auto close+-" there should be a field "pending till". Those two work in combination with each other.

For the default time, look up the sysconfig and search for "PendingDiffTime".

I configured "PendingDiffTime" for 3 minutes but after these 3 minutes the ticket remains open ( with the status "pending auto close +")

the daemon executes the script responsible for working on the pending states every 2 hours, you can change it in sysconfig (restart of daemon needed)
